[ Rolling up to the venue in a motorbike, Logan thinks he's severely under...everything. Underdressed, undervehicled, underpaid. He's late, but he didn't want to be here for the photo ops, and he didn't want to arrive at the same time as his apparent boyfriend; it's not that he doesn't like Steve, quite the opposite really, but the thought of people asking him questions about their relationship after what happened at Steve's flat made him want to reach for his inhaler.

At least he brought it, along with a couple of other allergy meds in the messenger bag over his shoulder, because God knows what fancy food people eat and whether they'll kill him or not. Logan gives his name to the guy manning the guest list up front, laughs off the oh, you're Steve Rogers' man that he gets (he gets that too much, lately), and then enters the function room with a slow exhale of breath.

It's weird to be at one of these things without a press I.D., making it so Logan feels almost naked without it. But he remembers the table number he was assigned to and makes his way there, hoping Steve is at least seated with him.

Because hell, he doesn't get paid enough to be fake around these froufrou types. ]

[ Steve has never really been good at these things. Or, at least, he doesn't feel like he's good at it. By now he has enough practice that he's able to more or less fake it, but it doesn't change the fact that this is most definitely not his type of environment. He hadn't been lying when he told Logan that he was jealous of his plans, because there's nothing he wants more than to just be home, lounging and wearing a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt.

Instead, here he is. In a three piece suit, making his rounds as he talks to people that were in attendance for the fundraiser. At first he doesn't notice Logan's arrival, a woman stealing his attention with her conversation about the event, until Natasha manages to 'steal him away' so that he can make a clean get away. She suggests to take a seat, pointing out the way he's trying to not put too much pressure on his leg while standing since he has been at this for too long today, and when he approaches the table he can't help but grin at the sight of Logan sitting there.

"You should take a few minutes, Steve," she 'suggests' with a wink and a slight push towards the table. But, really, he doesn't need the push. The minute she suggests he should take a few minutes, he's already moving to the table and he rests a hand on his shoulder. ]
