[ Spending a quiet evening in isn't something Steve is really used to, but around Logan, he's starting to get used to being pushed out of that sort of comfort zone he has been finding himself in the last few years. He's not dressed up for an interview, or an event, or a special appearance that somehow he keeps getting talked into. He's just a typical guy, spending a quiet night in with his boyfriend. Even his outfit is different than the "normal" - he had shown up with a pair of old, well worn jeans, a regular t-shirt, and a dark blue zip-up hoodie that is soft enough to make it obvious that he has had it for many years.
It had been nice to just spend the evening eating takeout and having the television on in the background. It had been really nice to just talk like his phone isn't accumulating messages that he'll have to get back to once the night is over. And it had been nice to just relax against Logan as they caught up with his DVR, although at some point Steve had somehow fallen asleep while loosely hugging a pillow and resting his head on Logan's shoulder. He hadn't been able to help it, though; this is the most relaxed he has been in...hell, he can't even remember.
That's why, when he wakes up, it almost feels like he has been sleeping for years even if it has just been a few hours. He had apparently been just that relaxed, though, and he finds himself trying to blink away the sleep as he glances around as if confirming where he is. The soft glow of the television fills the room, but when he hears Logan breathing next to him, Steve doesn't really bother moving. He's warm, and comfortable, and with a small smile against his lips he finds himself resting his head back gently against his shoulder. ]

[ When Logan begins to move, Steve is tempted to say something but the way that he's being so careful with him stops him altogether. Besides, it doesn't help that he's far too comfortable even now to really wake up and taking on all the responsibilities that will come from that, so staying where he's at isn't that difficult.
He's a terrible liar, though, and can't fake-sleep to save his life. That's why, when Logan speaks, Steve chuckles softly even if he keeps his eyes closed for a moment before he opens them just enough to peer over at him. ]
It depends on why you're asking.

[That morning Scott found himself stealing glances at Logan. It had been a few months since their text conversation where he almost let slip his true feelings. Sadly, Logan was convinced his attentions were aimed at miss Grey. Maybe it's for the best 'though.. for now.
He quickly averts his gaze, hoping the other didn't notice his stare. The last thing he needed was his most skilled journalist finding out he's the target of his boss' secret affection.]
What am I doing..? Focus, Summers.

[Scott cleared his throat, giving Logan a totally-not-nervous smile and tried his best to act cool and casual.
The version of cool and casual that you can do while standing next to a cooler, ogling at your employee.]
I was just wondering.. Have you had lunch yet?

[Scott smiled a rather sheepish smile at the other's confused expression. How would he say this without sounding like a creep?]
Uh no. We're good here... I was thinking if you'd want to join me for lunch. There's this really decent place across the street. Sandwiches and stuff.
[Smooth, Summers. Real smooth.]
